Shop Policy
We do not allow people in the grooming shop for the safety of the dogs and the groomers. When you arrive for your appointment, you may either ring the shop doorbell, or text the shop number. We do not answer the phone when we are with a client so please text! We require a 50% deposit when booking an appointment. If your pet is not picked up within 30 minutes of being informed they are completed, we will charge a $20 day care fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no show and we will need to reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not contact us, your deposit will be forfeited.
